Hadapsar main road floods knee-deep every monsoon — same patch 4 years running

A 200-metre stretch of the Hadapsar–Mundhwa road floods to knee depth every monsoon due to a blocked stormwater culvert. PMC has resurfaced the road twice without clearing the culvert root cause. The same flooding has been photographed and reported for 4 consecutive years. A contractor inspection report obtained via RTI confirms the culvert blockage was noted in 2023 but no action was taken.
