A Connector or Mobiliser moves attention. You know who to call, which WhatsApp group to post in, and which institution to write to. Connectors do not always own a fix, but they make sure the right people see the work and that civic energy converges instead of scattering across channels.
What you will see
Connectors get the most value from Localities, Stakeholder pages, and the Share signals. The platform records reach so your outreach work is visible, not invisible. As Mission Circles and Action Circles ship, Connectors will be central to inviting residents and bringing institutional Stakeholders into specific subprojects.
What to try first
- Pick the localities where you have real networks.
- Identify 3-5 Problems that need attention from a wider audience and Save them.
- Use Share to send those Problems to the right groups; the ref code helps the platform attribute reach.
- Tag or surface relevant Stakeholders if they are missing on a Problem.
- Coordinate with at least one Changeleader or Activist who can pick up the work after attention arrives.
